Just have to say a big thanks to the bradley customer service, my faceplate was broken after approximately a years worth of use and they are sending me out a new unit. Called planning on paying for a faceplate since my warranty is probably up but the lady was very polite and said she would get a new faceplate as well as some new feet for the unit out in the mail. To say I am impressed is an understatement.
Granted I don't think you should ever need to use a companies customer support I do believe after a years worth of use that things might break eqspecially when you put huge loads of meat into the unit (40lbs is the biggest load I have ran through, 2 butts that added up to 30lbs as well as a big 10lb brisket)
