My wife said i have 2 lbs of pork needs to be done something with.

So howbouts some Longaniza. Mexican sausage.

Welcome back home!  I have to say that is the most empty smoker that I have ever seen you smoke with.  Butt it is lookin good.

You haven't been home 24 hours and you already have some sausage in the smoker. You have it bad my friend!! You are definitely addicted!! ;D
