As for injectors it really depend on how much you want to spend. The stainless steel Cajun Injectors are good for poultry, and small roasts. I have that, but also purchased a large injector for when I cure hams or want to inject butts.

I couldn't find a the stainless steel Cajun Injector, but you don't have to go with stainless steel. There at many new plastic models on the market that do a good job.

I have this one:
