Title: IT of beef ribs

Just wondering what the internal temp should be of beef ribs before I FTC.TIA

Don't know the internal temp but when the bones begin to twist easily away from the meat they are done.  If I had to guess 185-190f.  Make sure you cook them long enough or they will definitely be tough.  Have fun and Happy Smokin'.
