I use the big huge xl zip locks. You get 4 for $5 and cheaper than just buying 1 brine bag. My kitchen is really messy right now :D

Pour in the cooled brine over turkey making sure cavity is filled. Add more cold water to completely cover bird.

Zip bag removing all air and place container in fridge for 2 days.

I think i hear a little of both :D
I say get the SRG "out of the box" but I'm not sure if the sugar content is to high from the syrup or not. Now if the skin does not have sugar on it then it would be great!!
BUT.... You have to get it out of the box! ;)
What type of Cure did you use??
Hey Rick, how long will you leave this in the brine?
Will be watching this one!
was in brine for , 4 days
