Made a couple small meatloafs and did 1/2 turkey breast today.
I put EVOO onto the turkey and sprinkled with some Webers Cajun BBQ seasoning.
The meatloaf..... just your everyday basic meatloaf, also dusted with the cajun seasoning. Two small one pounders.
Preheated the smoker to 250F. Smoked for two hours with oak & hickory. Four oak pucks and two hickory pucks.
Took everything to an IT of 165. Thats it. :)

Serious looking Grub there pensrock!! Haven't had supper yet and now I'm hungry :P :P Meatloaf is one of my favorites :P :P
With two hours of smoke it really had a good smokey flavor. It turned out great. :)
Love those smoked meatloafs! Looks great Pens.
Nice Greg! I love smoked meatloaf
Since I did a meatloaf on the Bradley, the Family has been asking for more.
The smoke turns a ok dish into a crowd pleaser.
Nice pens!
I never thought of meatloaf in the smoker. Now meatloaf in TBE or SRG sure but not the smoker.
I'll have to give that a try.
Oh Tommy, yes you will definitely want to try smoked meatloaf. When you bought that Bradley, you stepped into a whole new dimension.
PENS....looks great

Awesome! I do believe that is going on the menu this week..
Thinking about it I can't even remember the last time I had meatloaf and I like it. I've got to correct this. Yours looks good and for the reminder!
Thanks everyone, I just finished one of the meatloafs for lunch and gave the second to my dad. It was really good.
Everything looks good pens. Not much grease in the foil pans either.
Arnie, I used foil pans cause I poked several holes in the bottom to allow the grease to drain away. Worked great and the meatloaf was still very moist inside.
That means the grease drained on the turkey breast. Did that affect the breast at all?
Well, a little beef grease on turkey won't hurt. The other way around isn't good.
Pete, I tried to arrange them so it would not drip onto the turkey. It did drip on one corner a little but you could not tell. Like Arnie said, I'd rather a little beef drip onto the turkey than the other way around. I just hate running a near empty smoker. I always try to find something to put in there. :)
