hello my name is billy new at this. i been reading on how to smoke a turkey. and learn alot from yall. the qustion i have is where is the best heat& smoke i have a 6 rack smoker is it at the top or middle bottom and can i injeck instead of a rub thanks

Yes you may inject it and either the second rack from botton or the third rack.

Hi "billy new" and welcome to the forum. Listen to the smokin' monkey. Choose your favorite wood. I might go with 4 hours of apple or three hours of hickory, but that's just me.
