Title: Happy Wings
Post by: seemore on November 27, 2010, 06:56:11 PM
We had BBQ'd chicken tonight, and decided to do something different with the wings.
We dipped them in water, then coated them with Mies.  We misted them with water before putting them on the grill.
Once we brought them in, we made a favorite sauce of ours using butter and Louisiana hot sauce.
The result?

They tasted fantastic!  The last time we used Mies, we brined the chicken before we oven-fried it.  Very salty.
This time we did not brine.  Wings were juicy and very tasty.
