Got regular and cheddar chex mix in a cold smoke today.....and some swiss  ;D

Mixed in some Apple pellets with the apple saw dust.

We have what we call garage nights on Fri/Sat in my neighbors garage. Its insulated and heated and we eat and drink libation. Just a good time.

Nice... great idea using the Cheesecloth, I used my frogmats the other day and found the mix wanting to fall off the racks.

Sorry to ask, is it a home made burner inside the smoker? Could you give me more details about it like how you made it and how you power it? Very interested to know if i can make something like it. THX

THX for the info guys. It looks very helpful to smoke with others kind of wood that Bradley does not supply.
