Title: My First Bird

After 8 hours of smoke this is how it looked

Smells as good as it looks

I had the vent wide open all day

now into the house oven till the temp get there I had to cut the big bird up to fit in the smoker

Its a Italian blend the brine had alot Italian spices the this morning i rubbed them under the skin and rubbed extra virgin olive oil on the skin
