OK, so let's smoke something.  The Juniper berry sounds interesting for pastrami.

Kinda funny.
Over a year ago I would moisten spices and spoon them in the middle

of my wood pucks as I was loading them.

I quit after three times or so cause of the work and not really noticing

a difference.

But, You got the real deal.

Those are Far Out!
