Title: Driving to Willacoochee
Post by: classicrockgriller on December 03, 2010, 08:50:48 AM
On Tuesday, I am starting a trip to Willacoochee, Ga.

http://willacoochee.georgia.gov/05/home/0,2230,8584567,00.html;jsessionid=90C8D270DA8D681E7625ECEF19C32C39

Plans are to leave here Tuesday Morning and drive to Pace, Fl.

(that is right outside Pensacola). I'll spend the nite with my Sis

and Brother-In Law and that is also the Home to Wildcat. We

have exchanged numbers and if all goes well, we will try to do

a meet&greet. Wensday Morning I will drive on to Willacoochee.

Willacoochee is an Indian name generally believed to mean ......

"Home of the Wildcat." ;D I may get to visit two Wildcat's in one

trip. The trip to Ga will be a day trip and I will come back to Pace

for the nite before starting the trip back Home on Thursday.

If there is someone else along or close to this path I am taking,

I would love to meet ya.

He's in Nahunta - only 1 hr 14 mins from Willacoochee.

I might be willing to veer up toward N Alabama if I could get the "Three Amigos"

to drive a little.

I do plan on bring back some Vidalia Onions! SWEET!

I was just about to ask if N AL was to far out of the way! I don't know about the other two "Amigos" but I'm slammed at work and couldn't do a rode trip except for maybe on a weekend right now. But I could manage lunch! Have a save trip!  ;D

I have a brother in Valdosta.

Sonny, I am waiting on the doctors office to schedule an appointment for sometime next week. Pending when that will be scheduled, if you want help driving or just company on your trip, I could probably be talked into making the trip with you.

If you want to ride .... Come on!

I'll call you on Monday. That is the date set for completion of the trailer.

Sonny,

I REALLY enjoyed our little trip together and getting to know you. I sure am glad my schedule allowed for it to happen. It was fun. Still laughing about one of the jokes you told.  :D Gotta plan the food stops more carefully in the future though lol.  ;D Hope that hitch made the trailering a little easier.

Thanks again for the gifts (rubs/seasoning/sauce) my friend. I can hardly wait to try them out. Let me know how you like the sausage. Either your sister or I can send you more if you want it.

Geez, Wildcat is right. The fuel cost coming back was a killer.

I estimated $300 for fuel round trip and it hit closer to $450.

It still was a BIG savings on the trailer/trip if my Body recovers.

I was snoozing at 10 and didn't get up till 8:30.

I passed 105 city/county/state troopers and 100 of them were in Louisiana. (Behind every bush) ;D

As his legal counsel in this matter and in his defense I submit that his truck is dark blue and a dodge and he was not in the Pensacola area on the date stated. It is therefore apparent that you have inadequate evidence. Perhaps that is a photo of one of his relatives driving.  ;D
