Title: smoking acronyms
Post by: RFT on December 04, 2010, 01:18:19 PM
I searched and found a FAQ for acronyms but most I already knew.  IT's the smoking acronyms I am wondering about. is there a FAQ for them?    For example "FTM"  What the heck does that mean. There are more but can't think of them off hand.

Total Noob question.

Thanks

I often FHWM. Foil - Hot Water - Microwave.

Foil the meat, place a cup of water in a microwave proof container and heat for 3 minutes (without the meat in the microwave), then move the hot water to the back corner of the microwave (this heats up the microwave), next place the foiled meat in the microwave.
