Title: first try at bologna

good afternoon fellas,

stuffed 25lbs of deer and beef bologna, (you know i cant type bologna without singing the oscar meyer song lol)
last night  15lbs of deer 10lbs of ground sirloin.  about 8lbs i added roasted green chilies and cheese.  put in the smoker today over apple and hickory then into the hot h2O.   when it hits the plate i will tell ya how they turned out!   and i will try to figure out how to post a pic. 

i love my smoker ;D
