im planning on stuffing some hot sticks tomorrow using 17mm collagen casings.   do i need to soak them or anything first or are they ready to go out of the package?

I use them "Dry" right out of the package.

Never soak collagen, it will fall apart upon stuffing

Stuff them till they pop and back off just a smidge...

Sure would like to find the source for those twin tubes!
Not sure if the one sausagemakers.com has would fit.
