Title: BLOOMING TIME?
Post by: Moldman on December 06, 2010, 05:21:11 PM
Fellow Smokers: the snack stixs are almost done, having a slight problem smoking in the shed with no heat in the building. My question: after the IT Temp. of 152 is reached how long do you need to doing the blooming? Can they stay in the kitchen overnight before sealing and freezing? Thanks.

A few hours to bloom. Yes you can leave them out as long as your house is not like 90*

NePa, thanks for all your help. We usually turn the temp. down to 63-64 in the house at night. Should be o.k. to seal sticks in the morning.
