A local flow that I fish, a buddy took this picture this past weekend.

Just off the hwy on the way to Whistle BC. It is the Squamish River.

For those not from BC, each year there is an annual eagle count in that area. About 4000 eagles are counted in one day.

Wow, now that is a sight I'd love to see in person. We have a like number of seagulls her in SoCal, but they are usually seen foraging in trashcans or dumpsters, not pristine rivers. Thanks for sharing.

We have both eagles and gulls here. I have never seen any other live animal near an eagle in the wild. I have seen plenty of deceased ones in the clutches of eagles though!

Great picture there!
Makes me want to be sitting on the bank there.
When I am done boning out a deer, I usually put the carcass out by a trail camera, just to see what happens by.
We got a few good eagle pics this year.

Hardly any left for the animals.  :D
