Made up a 3 lb ring of bologna. Had some pics but formatted my SD card in my camera in a brain cramp moment :D I did the ring on my MAK
Anyways here is the ring being un cased and cut for some pickled bologna and onions.

The pickle brine.
3 cups vinegar
1 cup water
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
