If theres no dingel balls stuck to the racks I just throw them in the dishwasher.

If there is I soak in hot soapy water and scrub with a brush.

Dont forget to clean your V tray every time you use your smoker, hot soapy water n scrub brush or if its really baked on I use oven cleaner.

Hi flacasse2010 and welcome to the family.

What I do is:
- Let everything get cold
- Knock off any loose stuff
- Make a sandwich in the sink, V tray on the bottom, racks stacked on top
- Spray with Dawn Power Dissolver or something similar.  Let sit for 30 minutes
- Give everything a rub with a scrubby sponge and then into the dishwasher

As mentioned, keep the V tray slots clean.  They can be sharp so be careful.

Welcome to the Forum.

As ArnieM said-those slots can be sharp!

I know all to well !
