Post by: pryalls on December 12, 2010, 08:00:32 AM
anyone know how long to cook a fattie meatloaf

found lots of great recipes but how much smoke and about how long

I plan on making a couple today

I will check internal temp but would know when to get started so it's ready a dinner time

1 hr - 1hr 20 min should do it for the smoke. I'd take the IT to 160-165 F.
I'm sure others will stop in with better suggestions.

I would go with Pensrocks temps and run with a cabinet setting of 225º

I'm thinking 3-4 hours total.
