The grinder rocks for stuffing thanks for all the help
Looking good so far.
What size is that cabelas stuffer? Looking at buying one of the #22 but not sure if I want to bite the bullet or not.
Its a .5 hp size 8 and they are worth the money in my eyes now
A+.
Very nice.
Am doing some snack stix and more Summer Sausage for tomorrow smoke.
Very nice job on the stuffing. Looks like you have it under control.
nice looking work. Don't know how long it took to stuff through a mixer,( I used to do it that way and it seemed like it took forever) I now have a stuffer and I can stuff 5 lbs either sticks or summer sausage in about 5 minutes. Much easier. Good luck in your smoking.
Looks like you have it downpat on your first attempt!
I am sure this is just the first of Many ;D
Awesome first stuff!
Very, Very Nice!!
Can't wait to try this myself.
AWESOME!!
Looks pretty darn good there ;D
Could you tell me what type of casings did you buy for your summer sausage?
