I have some questions  from a in-pulse move i decided to lay my hot sticks and SS down on the wire racks is that gonna change any thing also last night i soaked 1 to many fibrous casing  let dry over night is it OK to store for the next batch i hate to ask so many questions thanks

Racking will not change anything, you might notice some square indents from the rack on your SS but no biggie  ;D Turn em once in awhile to give em some even heat.

The casing just let it dry and you might have just a tad shrinkage in it some.
