 Got a picnic shoulder going for my wifes Christmas party at the Tracon. Went in at 0530

That gonna be good!  Got all the right ingredients; pig, CT, BBBR and hickory!

I still need to try the CT that Nepas gave me.  Been busy with other things just and cooking things to test so I guess CT will be my next test!  Nice looking butt Rick!   ;)

Did you make fried pig skins out of the trimmings?
