Title: Carnitas

Doing some Mexican carnitas for my wifes christmas party on wednesday. This is pork cut into 2-3" chunks, seasoned, covered with water.

This is the way my mom does it but i throw in my own things....Like chocolate  ;D

In the roaster pan to go under broiler

I have seen them packages in the store.

"Pork Pieces for Carnitas"

Thought Carnitas was Spanish for grinding. ;D

They fit perfect in your Grinder.
