My daughter, 20 years old and attending UK, is my little entrepreneur. Back after Thanksgiving she started handing out Sausage & Cheese Gift Baskets flyers. She limited the options to three - remembering that she is on a campus where students are limited to their funds. However she sold only 19 packages, with prices ranging from 10.00 to 20.00.
Here is a picture of the basket she was selling for $20.00. This was her best selling basket, eleven total.

This Basket included three types of cheese that I smoked for her: Smoked Mild Cheddar, Smoked Mozzarella and Smoked Cheddar & Monterey Jack.
Also included were Crackers, Spicy Pickles, Smoked Mustard and Summer Sausage. (I told her that she didn't really sale this for enough but she once again informed me that we were talking "STUDENTS".
Gotta love her!
Neat idea!
Marketing major?
She sure does have an eye for opportunity, and she is well aware of her market. Love the labels!
So, Dad, I think your next business may be in sight. Looks like you have about two years to get that catering kitchen planned and built.
Yep, got to love her!
Very nice! Sounds like you need to get into sausage making next... ;)
Great idea and some great looking baskets.
You go girl.
My daughter just hands out the stuff she takes back to school with her.
And I know all about what you mean "STUDENTS"

William Robert's Smokehouse.... My Grandfather's name on my mothers side. If you tried her sauces and rubs, Billy Bob's Que, you will see that it states Distributed By William Robert's.
Over at work I divided the breakroom and built her a kitchen with used SS Equipment that I found at Tri-State Used Restaurant Equipment.
WOW! That is just nice.
Does she have any left?

Sonny, I'll have to ask her later today when she calls.
I think she just did enough to complete her orders.
looks like she has the touch
Nice baskets and Valentine's Day is just around the corner! ;D
I'm sure she made out well since dad supplied the cheese and summer sausage. ;) ;D
Cool idea, I'm sure once everyone tries the goodies they will be back for more. :)
Now that's using your head. Smart young'n you have for sure. Mine would have made short order of the basket and wouldn't make a cent
That is way cool. Nice gift idea. :)
