I know I know before I said breakfast for dinner was just wrong but tonight I just had to have a breakfast sammie for dinner. I was looking for something to do with some leftover pulled beef and then it hit me: Steak, Egg and Cheese Sammie. I shredded and browned one potatoe, then topped with the leftover pulled beef, fried two eggs with american cheese and I toasted a french hamburger bun and threw some mayo on it. So here it is.......

That looks great. I would probably be Mr. Pig and add buttered grits on the side. Umm umm
