Title: element not working
Post by: micman on December 16, 2010, 04:43:50 PM
Can anyone help.
My element is not heating up, did a batch of salmon this morning, went to do a second batch programmed it in. Went back a little latter and temp was only 77 degrees, lots of smoke but temp didn't hit the target temp of 120 this time. I shut everything down and did a re program and still not working.

can anyone please offer advice.

Mikey
on the bright side I now know for cheese the smoker will hit 77 degrees.

Talked to Katie at Bradley today, we did some trouble shooting and my element is shot. They are sending a new one out today and I'll receive in a couple days, what great service.
Thanks Katie And Bradley for having a great customer service plan. ;D ;D

Hate you had trouble micman.

Bradley service is good/great.

I think they must have gotten a bad batch of elements.

When you get it, it is a 10 minute fix.
