Hi got a digital 6 rack from work and havent had time to use it but this weekend we are going to make some jerky but not sure what recipe to use and how to do it.Has anyone used the recipe that bradley has? Also how long to smoke it for and at what temp
Welcome Brian. My first shot at jerky is coming soon. I ordered some dry seasonings/cure from Himtnjerky.com this week. In the past, I always used a dehydrator with a wet marinade that was heavy on the soy sauce. I think the salt in the sauce is what sort of 'cured' the meat.
