Just received an OBS from the wife, she enjoys smoked meat as much as I do. Seasoned the OBS and am ready to smoke this weekend. Just wanted to say what a great forum this is. I have spent a couple of hours reading up on and writing down tips. I am looking forward to the many smoking sessions to come.
