Title: Boneless Leg of Lamb

All set to soak in the marinade.

The marinade is from a friend from New Zeland: 1+ cup red wine,1+cup orange juice, 1tbs minced garlic, 2tsp ground ginger, 1tsp salt,1tspground black pepper.

Into the Bradley  pre heated with the PID  @230*, probe set @ 130*  Total cook time was 4hr with Hickory.

This was rare-med/rare just the way my wife and I like it.  She made some jalapeno-mint jelly for a side and it was delicious.

The lamb looks great!  Hope you made some gravy with all the lamb juices... yummmmy!

The WHOLE plating looks Killer.
