Just doin' a batch of cheese - cheddar,mozzarella,pepper jack and halipino jack.
20* outside,. brought the SG inside for a couple of hours to warm up, put the cheese in and smoked with 2 hrs hickory.
Oven temp went up to 82*
Lookin' good !
