Title: All night smoke gone bad.

I put 3 beef chuck roasts in my OBS last night and i left all was going great went to a party and got home about 2 am . and smoker was at 90 degrees .i had to much to drink so i let it sit tell this morning the water did not freeze but IT was 60 brought in to the house to finish in the oven .I will call for a new element Monday .It was 14 degrees out last night. :(

that's a bummer! What temp did it get to before you left for the party and the evils of drink? How's the head this morning by the way?

I had IT of 75 when i left ,and for my head i cant tell through the pain.

Not sure if meat left out that long at those ITs is still safe. Others more knowledgeable may come along.

40-140 is the "danger zone" where bacteria multiplies FAST.
I wouldn't chance it.
