Adam;

Can you provide more information; such as do you currently have a fresh ham that needs to be cured, or is it a cured ham waiting to be smoke/cooked? If it is already cured is it raw, partially cooked of fully cooked?

if it is a pre cooked ham , smoke it and warm it till an it of 165 then enjoy, may want to glaze it as well if it has not been done after the  smoking process
