Hey y'all. Been checkin this forum out all day and finding some really killer info on here! Thanks to all who are sharing their knowledge and wisdom for all to learn from! I have been doing Jerky and Smoked Fish for almost 4 years now, and I am just venturing into the world of pepperoni. Wish me luck and I will take any advice I can get!

I'd be glad to mail you a sample, like I tell all of my customers, "first taste is free"....... ha ha ha. Now, in reality, I actually do mail my stuff all over the country. I'm very small time, but I've found friends all over the country that love my stuff! It been a really cool experience!

Hi all....
From Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. Proud owner of a 6 rack Bradley Digital Smoker. Have done some great salmon and deer jerky so far. Now.....as the January -30 weather approaches I am ready to do some winter smoking!
