Bradley sent me a new element, three days service here in BC. :) So I am going to have a go a my first time doing sausage. The meats all mixed, some deer some moose and some pork, summer sausage spices from Hi Mountain all mixed in and waiting i the fridge till morning. Can hardly wait to get at it. ;D ;D
