I am in Wenatchee WA, the so called "Apple Capitol of the World", their slogan, not mine. I have been smoking for quite a while and I had been using a Smokey Mountain propane smoker. Nice machine but hard to control the temperature. A good friend has it now and has been smoking nuts almonds, walnut etc. He raves about them but I have not tried them as yet.

My son and I had the good fortune of being able to spend the month of September in Valdez AK with a friend who has a RV park and salmon chart business. He had a Bradley 4 rack digital and I knew the first time we used it that I had to have one. I am going to enjoy this place.
