Have some fresh shot goose going in with 4 lbs of beef.

Goose on the right racks  ;D

Oooo! I was waiting to see this :)
Nepas could you take a close up pic the goose jerky when it's done?
I'd like to try to make some in the future...when I get a goose  :D

Sure i will.

Its pretty cold out and taking some time, guess i need to pop the temp to 170

Next goose hit it with the Jaccard and add canola oil to the marinade  ;D

No thats not a Del Taco tray  :D

Good looking jerky Nepas. I think goose jerky is right up there with the best of them. What flavors did you use?

I use my own wet marinade. Not one for dry like HM unless friends just have to have me use it. I only keep HM around for them.

So you are thinking it could of needed a little added moisture?

I do have an HM goose jerky kit but that would probably need some moisture, too.

I just need a goose, a few more weeks of season left, I may have see if I can get one. ;)

Sure looks like a Del Taco tray to me!

To me it was a tad to dry, but my son likes it  ::) Guess them Army guys learn to eat anything  :D
