Oh, well. Knew it had to end someday. Plan today was to have Tex-Mex for Christmas - Long standing Caney family tradition. This year fajitas and chalupas. Well one of our gifts this year was our first white Christmas in 17 years. But alas, I don't have any gasser anymore and all the wood is under snow or wet. What do I do. We said there was this smoker at the office I could use. So the secret Traeger is no longer secret and I am still alive.
Here it is in action during a snow flurry. You can see a little snow to the right of the Traeger. Yeh, it's not much - an inch - but this is the South.

Okay, I forgive you Caney as long as you send some food up my way. ;D
You know Caney, Momma probably already knew about the Treager. She was just letting you think you was keeping it a secret!!
I think that's one happy Lil Tex there to be home and not to be treated like a secret tramp! Grill's have feelings too!!
Confession and chicken fajitas both are good for the soul. Seems like the "bad" weather served you well.
Merry Christmas, Caney!
