Hi,
Greetings from Maryland!
I just got a new Bradley Digital 4-rack for Christmas. Looks like I'll probably be spending way too much on this forum in the near future. I'm pretty impressed so far with all of the recipes and techniques shared on the forum.
Planning on getting my first smoke going tomorrow with some simple chicken wings.
Welcome -- don't hesitate to ask any questions that may arise.
Congrats and welcome. I received my OBS this day last year. Love it!!
Welcome FNG

Welcome FNG. You will enjoy your new smoker. If you have any questions or problems, don't hesitate to ask no matter how simple or elementary they may seem to you. Believe me, we have ALL already asked all of them. Pretty much everyone on this forum is happy to help.

I'm currently living in Columbia, MD. Just moved to MD about a year ago from TX. I had to get my BBQ fix somehow, doing it myself seemed like the best option ;)

Let us know how your wings turn out
Wings were pretty good for a first attempt. Could use some improvement on technique. The skin was a little bit rubbery, so I'm reading up on how to prevent that. Any advice is welcome, and if anyone has any good ideas of what a 'beginner' like myself should try his hand at, I'm all ears.
That's funny, I too moved from Texas and bought an OBS for the same reason. Smoke the wings for 40 and finish on the grill or even better TBE. Also make sure your vent is fully open.
I live in Texas and the Que is still good.
Come on back Home. ;D
