Ok! Here's the pork butt I was concerned about a few weeks ago and got so much help from everybody.
It turned out kind of a hybrid, cured and also cooked to 190*
very tasty and didn't survive long after the pic.
Looks like good eats to me.
Some buns and HP mustard and your set nice bark and color
Well next time do one big enough to have leftovers! :D
