Hello all-- Just ordered my 6 rack DBS, I can't wait for it to arrive! I have read many of your post and can't wait to start asking questions and hopefully posting pictures of some of my smokes! I plan on ordering a Auber PID dual probe soon, as it seems this is the way to go.

Welcome. Recommend you order the hanging probe for the PID, not the wall mounted one.

Welcome eagle eye,,,  I am a newbie also, I got the extra element and are also ordering the duel auber bid, we need it here in Wa.   I live in Bremerton,

I'm putting my extra element in tommorow.

I've been to Gig Harbor, but that was years ago.  Beautiful place.
