New Years Day Smoke
Decided to load the bradley today.
6.5lb butt. Rubbed with French's and then Salt Lick Original
Fatty with Italian Sausage/Fresh Spinach/Baby Bellas and Feta Cheese
Bacon Wrapped Dogs and Hot Links
Hickory for 4 hours on the butt and every thing else will come out when the fatty hits 165 IT.

That all looks very good! Great looking New Year's day smoke.
One thing - in the pic it looks to me like you have the butt on top. Am I seeing that right ? If so, then my guess would be that it will be be less than done and possibly dripping on the done food below. Not sure how the temps will be but generally you want the faster cooking stuff on top so that it can't get contaminated with drips from not yet cooked stuff above.
