i have a tumbler and a 5 pound tip cut brisket.

first time around with a brisket, any suggestions?

when it's smokin' it's cookin'......when it's black it's done!

Dale's sauce, apple juice, pineapple better, loads of pepper, woster sauce. double maybe triple the tumble time as brisket is so dense

It's a steak marinade/sauce. Great for injecting beef and pork. You should be able to find it along with the ketchup and mustard. I actually use Johnny Fleeman's(regional for sure)because it has a lot less salt.
