Ok, so I marinaded cut strips of London Broil overnight in a homemade concoction. I didn't measure anything so I cant give amounts...
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Molasses
Sugar
Garlic powder
Ground black pepper
Chili flakes
Pappy's original seasoning

Smoked for 2 hours 20 minutes with hickory @ 160 degrees then another 4 hours without smoke @ the same temp.
It came out really good. I might drop the drying time a bit on the next batch as it is a little drier than I wanted.

That looks awesome !!
Welcome Fernslinger. Good job.
After spending the night in a zip-lock bag the jerky got a little softer and has a nice sheen too it...really happy with the results. All my friends and family are now asking me to make them some, lol.
Uh oh. You already let the cat out of the bag? Now friends and family will always be bugging you
Nice looking jerky ;D

That seems to be the main problem with anything done in the Bradley...Word gets out and they won't leave you alone. I'm doing a batch of jerky tomorrow and you're the only one I'm telling ...shhhh ;)
Jerky looks text book. Nice job!!
Thanks all!
