I remember it had 4 smoked onions and at the end you added cream i got it off this site cant find it now. :(

Here is a tip I picked up from someplace. If you want more of your onion slices to be firmer and stay whole, slice some of the onions the recipe calls for from root to stem. That way you are cutting with the grain and they hold up better when cooked
