Newbie....my wife bought me a Bradley for X-mas....nice to see that there is a forum for the art of smoking. I have some deer chops and wild goose breast that will be my first experiment (oriental jerky style).

Thanks gang....I'll likely run a low profile....and read everyones suggestions, experiments and disasters for awhile, big learning curve ahead of me.
