A friend of mine has a BOS and a new gift of 12 pounds of bear meat.
He says it's a Butt, but do they call a bear shoulder a Butt like they do with pork?
He says that his bear meat may have a parasite problem; is that a special concern with bear meat? More than with pork?
Also, he is told that it may be very fatty/greasy. If that's also true, is there any special BOS tricks to use?
