Reading all the various recipes and am confused. Pink cure, cure #2. cure #1, mortons tender quick, maple cure, etc. Are some of these the same? Are they used for different things? IS there a thread that explains all the differences?

I just have the morton tender quick and cure #1 - figure those two cover most of the recipes that I would use.
