Title: The language of food
Post by: Caneyscud on January 04, 2011, 06:35:53 AM
While surfing for "the recipe" for Karaj, I came across this image that had the title Töltött karaj.  Curious, I went to the website/blog where this image resided.  Could not read a word, but the language of food spoke through loud and clear.  Whoever made this would fit right in here on the forum!

here is the link to the site - with some beautiful pics of food and European Pastries.

You can use google translate to get it to english  - helps but still not real clear.  Just let the language of food envelope you!

The translation says it is a stuffed pork chop.

That looks pretty tasty even though I have no idea what it is.
