I have bought a digital 4 rack smoker.I'm really very satisfing, but I have a problem that the smoking food like pork or trute have an excess smoking smell.Is there anyone that helps me to undestand how I can manage the smoking food don't smells intesively.May be I must fully open the dumper?

Yea, that vent should never be closed and most of us leave it open all the way all the time.
Also, how many pucks are you loading and how long are you trying to smoke your food for? Two to four hours is about the average for most foods with some of us going longer.
